Olivia is an expert in drawing out key messages and ensuring they are translated and understood by the right people at the right time. Whether it’s about communicating to political, commercial or internal audiences, she can provide clear analysis and insight to skillfully negotiate a route to success.

Before joining Madano, Olivia spent 9 years working in the housing and environmental fields, providing expert policy advice, most recently on lobbying and influencing the Energy Bill. She chaired an advisory group for the Department of Energy and Climate Change on the Green Deal, established a consortium to access feed-in tariff and European funding and led the UK contribution of a European retrofit project.

Life’s passions: Yoga, her cello and white sandy beaches.
