Madano News - Madano appointed affiliate member of UK Contractors Group

The UK Contractors Group (UKCG) has recruited Madano as one of its first affiliate members, providing communications expertise to the Group.  

Affiliate membership is open to organisations that provide services to the construction industry and add value to the work of UKCG. UKCG will be working with Madano on a number of key industry issues. 

 UKCG represents 25 leading contractors operating in the UK on construction specific issues.  Its mission is to represent contractors’ interests to government and key clients and to encourage contractors to work together to promote change and best practice, especially on health and safety and environmental issues. UKCG also works closely with the CBI Construction Council to ensure that contractors’ interests are properly reflected in the wider business agenda. 

Stephen Ratcliffe, Director of UKCG, said: 

“Madano has a well established track record in supporting the construction industry.  We have worked informally with them for some time and they have added value to our operations.  We are delighted therefore to be able to formalise this relationship.”
