Metal Packaging Europe represents the united interests of producers and suppliers of rigid metal packaging across Europe. Bringing together European and National industry associations, Metal Packaging Europe is the voice for the industry ensuring the benefits of metal packaging are understood and promoted.
Brief
Madano was asked to examine what the core messages should be for the soon to be formed Metal Packaging Europe ahead of its launch. The challenge was to bring to life the issues for the European and National industry associations involved with metal packaging and create a common language and purpose for the organisation.
Clear Thinking
The key challenge was bringing together all the parts of Metal Packaging Europe and helping them to identify a critical path ahead of the launch and identifying which issues to focus on as an organisation. Following initial period of research, Madano ran two workshops around potential issues and opportunities for Metal Packaging Europe to distill priorities and what it should stand for.
